So if we install PHP in C:\PHP4 then we need C:\PHP4 in out path environment variable. Also we need to give that IUSR_MachineName Read Execute NTFS permissions to the folder. Also php.ini should be given Everyone Read permissions. Also copy all the files in \sapi and \dlls to the root folder ie. C:\PHP4.

Apache Mod install problem
Other things I have tried: Renaming the .php3 files to .php - the scripts insist that setup.php(3) is readable. Not so!
